Stress… by definition is pressure which can be physical, mental, spiritual or emotional amongst other things.
Living in the busy world that we are in today, it’s its easy to accumulate aches and pains to accommodate the stress of everyday living. Not only has it become an expectancy but its also become a norm… A norm we don’t have to tolerate. My goal is to work on the aches and pains which in return will reduce the stress to eventually alleviate the discomfort of those stress related aches and pains.
